The terms of sale set out here apply to art work(s) supplied by Tim Liddle-Fine Artist, USA, ordered from Tim Liddle's website: timliddle.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Tim Liddle-Fine Artist reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
Orders and Prices
Tim Liddle-Fine Artist uses Paypal as our online purchasing system and accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
The description and price of art work will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Tim Liddle will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Tim Liddle-Fine Artist through email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm he has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Tim at 615.347.7835.
Orders of art work(s) shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or schedule a viewing, if applicable: 615.347.7835.
Tim Liddle-Fine Artist currently do not have the ability to supply goods to destinations other than the USA. If you are shopping from outside the USA, please contact Tim at 615.347.7835 directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on the website.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the art work(s) is out of stock, Tim will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable art work(s).
Tim is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Tim Liddle-Fine Artist website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Tim may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with Tim at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from the artist.
All artist’s works will be sent to you by the US Post Office or courier service if you live within Nashville, TN city limits. Tim will endeavor to deliver unframed editions within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the artist at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of art work(s), you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to pick up the art work(s). Tim Liddle cannot accept responsibility for art work(s) that are returned to the post office and not picked up.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
If Tim is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, he will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Tim Liddle-Fine Artist is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order, and is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Tim Liddle-Fine Artist does not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties and is used solely for him to assist you.
Returns
In cases of art work(s) that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Tim at 615.347.7835. Tim accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
